Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you.

• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, we may not be able to make changes as processing begins quickly.
